I am actually stressed over absolutely nothing. I mean… I don’t understand. Why am I so stressed.
I’ve never sworn at my mum before yet today I told her to fuck off and she had to physically stop me from punching and kicking things by grabbing my arms and sitting me down.
I have never lost my temper like that EVER, and I don’t even know why.
If you ever have lots of emotions bottled up I advise you to tell someone before you break.
